It’s been a busy few months of school! We have been learning about communities around us, in our country, and in the world. They are similar in many ways and different in others. We have been practicing our grammar skills by writing stories, and writing in our journals. In math, learning about larger numbers in the thousands was challenging and fun. On September 28, we recognized “Unplugged Day” in our classroom by not using the computers or electronics all day. We ended the day by creating cool projects using nothing but Wikki Stix and our imaginations. Ask us the difference between a waxing and a waning moon phase. We are looking forward to a visit from a tarantula and learning more about spiders. All in time for Halloween!
