To begin, the Assumption School Golf Committee would like to offer a warm welcome to all the new families this school year!  It’s been so great seeing all the new faces, both kids and parents.  We have an event that could help you feel even more a part of the Assumption community, the 17^th Annual Assumption School Golf Tournament!

This year’s Assumption School Golf Tournament is scheduled for 1pm on Friday, June11 at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club in Boylston, MA.  Please see the attached PDF file for all the details.

This has been the PTG’s largest fundraiser for a number of years, and once again the tournament committee is looking to all of our families to help make this event a success.  We are looking for golfers, sponsors, and donations.

• We’d love to get more golfers than ever this year!  Golfers can sign up as individuals, twosomes, threesomes, or foursomes.  The cost is $160 per golfer and this includes golf and dinner.  We have some great gifts planned for our golfers.  If you’d like to play, there are two ways to register for the tournament:

1. You can use the registration form in the packet attached to this email.
2. You can reach out to me and I can get you signed up.

• If you know any businesses, large or small, that could be interested in sponsoring the event, let me know and we can get a sponsorship packet out to them.
• Donations of all sorts are welcome!  We are planning a silent auction and raffle that day, so items that could be used as part of these would be great.  This includes gift cards, sports tickets, scratch tickets, sports memorabilia, etc…
• We are making pin flags to hang at the golf holes the day of the event.  For $150, we can get your family name or a company name or logo on a flag.  After the event, you will be able to bring the pin flag home or to your office!  The pin flags were a hit with those that chose to participate in past years.
• If you’re not a golfer but would like to be a part of the fun that day, please consider joining us for dinner at 6pm.  The cost for dinner alone is $40 per person.  The buffet dinner is top shelf with beef and salmon as the entrees.  Everyone raves about the food at Cyprian Keyes!  While there for dinner you can participate in the silent auction.
