When a significant weather event is forecasted, a Blizzard Bag will be sent home with the children to minimize the impact to academic learning and eliminate the need for a make-up day at the end of the school year. 

Blizzard Bag assignments:

• grades K-8
• to be completed ONLY if a snow day is called, not a two-hour delay
• returned when school resumes.

    Assumption School generally follows the Millbury Public Schools' school closings/delay and no school decisions.

   Snow day and delay nnouncements will be made/posted as follows:

• WHDH (Channel 7)
• WHDH App.
