• PreK and/or K with no sibling in grades 1-8
• At the church side door. Please park on the street and wait for your child ner the garage doors. The same will be done for half day PreK students, leaving at 11:45 a.m.

• Grades 1-8 and all PreK and K with sibings

• All grades walking to their home or daycare.

The school opens at 8:15 a.m. and all K-8 students enter the building by the Church side entrance. The side entrance will be open between 8:15 a.m and 8:30 a.m. Any student arriving after 8:30 a.m. must enter by the main entrance on Grove Street and will be considered tardy for the day.

The safe arrival/drop off and dismissal/pick up of students is of utmost importance. 

Arrival & Dismissal

Morning Dropoff:

Please turn into the first driveway (before the school) and continue around the building.  When you get to the side door across from the church, the students will:

1. get out of the vehicle and walk in as a student family.
2. hand sanitize on their way into school.  To ensure their hands free (everything in their backpack) so they are able to properly use hand sanitizer
3. and then proceed directly to their classroom.

Afternoon Pickup:
 

CARLINE PROCEDURE

• Please place a sign with your family name (and any others that ride in your car with you) on the driver's side dashboard or windshield when picking up. 
• When arriving on Grove Street, please be cognizant of our neighbors by making sure driveways are clear so that residents can access their homes freely. Park only on LEFT side of Grove Street. Please do not form a line on Grove Street. Do not double park in the street. Do not block driveways or streets.
• Drive through to Waters Street if there is no parking available. Circle the block if necessary.
• The schoolyard is inaccessible until 2:50 p.m. (half days: 11:50 a.m.)
• If you are the first car in carline and the cones have not been moved by 2:50 p.m. (half days: 11:50 a.m.), you may move them to the side steps of the school.  Please make sure there are no students in the school yard first.
• Enter the schoolyard by the driveway between the convent and the school.
• Form lines beginning close to the fence in order of arrival facing the church hall.
• First car in each line must stop even with the end of the school driveway.
• A signal will be given by a staff person for the first car line near the fence to move into the driveway between the rectory and the school for loading (5 or 6 cars should be able to load at one time.)
• As students are being picked up, cell phone use is prohibited.
