Dear Parents and Students, 
 

We wanted to update you regarding the Assumption School response to the Coronavirus outbreak. The well-being of our whole School Community: children, families, teachers and staff is our first concern. 

We have been notified by the Town of Millbury that the public school district will be closing for two weeks, which means Assumption School will be closed.  After the two weeks the town will reevaluate the situation and we will go from there. 

At dismissal today, Friday, March 13th,  the students were advised to bring home all texts and materials in the event of an extended school closure.  Faculty is preparing lessons for students to complete at home.  Details will be available early next week.. 

Our prayer is for speedy recovery for all who are sick or affected by this virus and that those that are healthy might remain so.  We will communicate any new information as soon as it becomes available.
