Grade 3-3rd Quarter News: Clouds, Computers, and Celebrating Poetry!

April 1, 2019Grade 3 students have turned into meteorologists and our heads are in the clouds! Ask us about clouds with nimbo, nimbus, or alto added to the beginning or end of their name, or about instruments and scales that help us to measure and predict the weather. In Math we continue working on multiplication/division facts (practice, practice, practice), and different types of graphing. For Social Studies we used our com puter time to research, type, and print information for a poster we are completing about a country of our choice. During April, Grade 3 will celebrate poetry month by reading different styles of poetry and cre ating some poetry of our own. The end of the year is coming fast and we still have much to do!
